The End Of Our Trip

After climbing to the top, everybody else went down and I got a shot of the family from the top. It was getting late so after this we headed for home.

The Climb

We seem to have a ritual. Every time we go to Astoria, we have to stop and climb to the top of the Astoria Column. Although, maybe it's just because we haven't found anythig else to do in Astoria. Any Ideas??

Back At It Again

Everyone else left and headed for home, but we continued on up the coast to Astoria. We stopped along the way at another beach and the kids were back at it again, digging holes! Here, Dylan is building a wall to prevent the tide from prematurely filling in his hole.

Hey!! Wheres The Cheese?

On our way home, we stopped by the Tillamook Cheese Factory. They weren't packaging any cheese that day but it sure was crowded in there.

The Excavation Crew

We went down to the beach while we were there. The kids had a blast digging holes and watching the water fill them back up with sand again.

Kyle just loved the house. So many places to explore. I think this picture was just before he found the container of Comet and tried to wash himself with it.

The Winning Point

I'll start off our new blog with our recent vacation to the coast. We rented a beach house in Lincoln City. We ended up having a couple of tournaments on the ping pong table that was down in the garage. Here, Jeremy has just won a game with Isaac.

Our First Entry

Well, We thought we better join the crowd and create a blog like every one else is doing. It may be a little while in between posts but keep checking back every once in a while for updates. One good thing about making our own blog is that it will force us to take more pictures when we go places.
